NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 17 day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-025053, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and ALEXANDER MEDINA; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE A/K/A EVLIN MEDINA; EVLIN MEDINA IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 16 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 45 AND 46, BLOCK 983, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 26, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 117, TO 148, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
