You are notified that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court, County of Lee, State of Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
UNIT NO. 2117, BUILDING 21, THE ENCLAVE AT COLLEGE POINTE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4768, PAGE 951, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION, BEING THAT PARCEL OF LAND CONVEYED TO CHRISTPHER M. MAGNELIA, A SINGLE PERSON FROM JSM AT COLLEGE POINTE PHASE IV, LLC, BY THAT DEED DATED 12/30/2005 AND RECORDED 01/05/2006 N INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2006000002988 OF THE LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA PUBLIC REGISTRY.
You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D. Padgett, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 2878 Remington Green Circle, Tallahassee, Florida 32308, at least thirty (30) days form the date of first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
