NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 20 day of October, 2011,, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-51891, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and DARREN M. NYKAZA; GRANDEZZA MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SAVONA AT GRANDEZZA NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DARREN M. NYKAZA; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) A/K/A JEFF THOMAS; IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 21 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 82, GRANDE OAK EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
