NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 28, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-059421, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee For Soundview Home Loan Trust Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-2, is Plaintiff and James W. Jackson, Pamela A. Jackson, United States of America, Tenants Josh Garinger and Sheila Garinger are the Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 18 day of November, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. on Lee County's public auction website www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 26 and 27 Block 4658 unit 70 Cape Coral Subdivision According to the plat thereof as Recorded in Plat Book 22 Pages 58 thru 87 Inclusive of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
