NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Stipulated Foreclosure Final Judgment entered on October 10, 2011 in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the following property as set forth in the Stipulated Foreclosure Final Judgment, situated in Lee County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 6901, Cape Coral Lee County Industrial Park, Phase 1, as recorded in Plat Book 34, Pages 142 and 143, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
The Clerk of Circuit Court will sell the property all at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 a.m., on November 9, 2011, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
