The North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast1/4 of Southeast 1/4 of Section 16, Township 44 South, Range 25 East, Lee County, Florida, being a portion of Lot 6 Unrecorded Ballard Estates.

pursuant to summary final judgment of foreclosure entered in a case pending in that court, the style of which is described above.
At the time of sale, the successful high bidder shall post with the clerk a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. If the successful bidder fails to make the deposit, the sale will immediately resume starting with the second highest bid. The balance of the final bid shall be paid to the clerk by 4:00 p.m. on the next business day after the sale. The successful high bid shall be exclusive of the clerk's registry fee and documentary stamps on the certificate of title.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
