NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 18 day of October, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-051133, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF GSR MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR2 is the Plaintiff and BARBARA J. WILSON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARBARA J. WILSON; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 17 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
