Final Judgment was awarded on October 1, 2010 in Civil Case No. 07-CA-15952, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2005-AB1 is the Plaintiff, and, CARLOS A ARRIOLA; MARY G ARRIOLA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on November 21, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, 12, AND 13, BLOCK 2710 B, UNIT 39, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 142, THROUGH 154, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
