VOGT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDWIN VOGT; CYPRESS FALLS AT PALM HARBOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE PELICAN PROPERTIES LAND TRUST DATED 1/24/2007; PELICAN CAPITAL INVESTMENT GROUP INC., A DISSOLVED FLORIDA CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE PELICAN PROPERTIES LAND TRUST DATED 1/24/2007; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.
