NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated October 13, 2011 and entered in 09-15776-CI-15 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5 is the Plaintiff and RICHARD ANDREW SIKORSKI A/K/A RICHARD A. SIKORSKI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD ANDREW SIKORSKI A/K/A RICHARD A. SIKORSKI; SIDNEY COLEN & ASSOCIATES; LTD.; JANET LAND CORPORATION; ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION; INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 on November 16, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: APARTMENT 46, NO. B38, OF ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT 35, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 65, AND BEING FURTHER DESCEIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4247, PAGE 987, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVICED INTEREST OR SHARE IN COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
