NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 24, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-10123-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein St. Andrews Cove I Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Denise Wike and Unknown Tenant, n/k/a Nicole Carroll are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on December 2, 2011, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number R-6 and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, subject to easements and restrictions of record and in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of St. Andrews Cove I, a Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 4493, at Pages 1882 through 1940, as amended, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 23, Pages 83 through 92, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
