NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 18, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-6526-CO-41 of the Circuit Court, of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bayway Isles - Point Brittany Five Corporation, Inc. is Plaintiff, and SARLIE MCKINNON III; BETTY L. SINGLETARY-LITTLE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SARLIE MCKINNON III; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BETTY L. SINGLETARY-LITTLE and MIDLAND FUNDING, LLC are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: at http://pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 9th day of December, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Apartment No. 209, BAYWAY ISLES - POINT BRITTANY FIVE. According to the Condominium Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 11, Page 39 through 42, as thereafter, amended as further described in the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3835, Page 422, as thereafter amended of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto. the street address of which is: 5220 Brittany Drive S., #209.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
