NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 22nd day of November, 2011, at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit No. 502, Building B, Phase I, of SEMINOLE ISLE, a condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 137, Pages 90, through 121, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 14469, Page 877, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.
Together with an non-exclusive easement appurtenant for vehicular traffic over all private streets within the common property as set forth in Declaration of Covenants, conditions, restrictions and easements for Seminole Isle Community recorded in Official Records Book 13665, Page 2568,of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
