NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2010 entered in Civil Case No.: 09004833CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am on the 2nd day of December, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
A PORTION OF LOT 15A, HARBOR PALMS - UNIT FOUR A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 76, PAGE 95, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 15A, SAID POINT ALSO BEING ON THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF AZALEA COURT (50 FOOT RIGHT OF WAY); THENCE RUN SOUTH 29°32'48” WEST ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT, 101.12 FEET TO THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT; THENCE RUN NORTH 68°59'03” WEST, ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT, 26.10 FEET; THENCE LEAVING SAID LINE, RUN NORTH 21°00'57” EAST, ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF A CONCRETE BLOCK WALL AND BINDING THEREWITH, 100 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT; THENCE RUN SOUTH 68°59'03” EAST, ALONG SAID LINE, 41.10 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
