Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 11-007307-CO-039, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 203, DISSTON PLAZA APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 73 AND 76 INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2548, PAGES 212 TO 255 INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENT THERETO RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5754, PAGE 391, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., on November 29, 2011. The sale shall be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
