NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated May 5, 2011, and entered in Case Number: 10-010300-CI-13, of the Circuit Court in and for Pinllas County, Florida, wherein VENETIAN HARBOR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and JASON J. GHORMLEY, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Fla. Stat.; on November 16, 2011 at 11:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Order, to-wit:
Lot 4, Block 4, VENETIAN HARBOR, according to the Map or Plat thereof, as recorded in plat Book 128, Pages 70 thru 72, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
