NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 24, 2011 entered in Case No.: 11-6167-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein GULFSIDE VILLAS, INC. is Plaintiff and DENNIS W. PETERSON, DEBORAH S. PETERSON and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Pinellas Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on December 9, 2011 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment.
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 13, Building 4, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of GULFSIDE VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE III, as recorded in O.R. Book 4845, Page 1052, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 34, Pages 49 through 51, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
