Notice of legislation
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given of intent to apply to the 2012 Legislature and any Special or Extended Sessions for passage of an act amending Chapter 72-666, Laws of Florida, as amended by Chapter 97-333, Law of Florida relating to the Pinellas Police Standards Council, increasing funding for the Public Safety Applicant Screening Service (PSASS) from two dollars to three dollars, from court costs on all payable offenses.
