YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, SCOTSDALE CLUSTER CONDOMINIUM III ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 1594, SCOTTSDALE CLUSTER CONDOMINIUM III, PHASE III, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 60, page(s) 111 through 117 inclusive, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 68, Page 123 and 124, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5353, page(s) 358, as amended in Official Records Book 5531, page 2003, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto. With the following street address: 1425 Summer Isles Court, #1594, Dunedin, Florida, 34698.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before December 5, 2011, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
