That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 1704, Building 17, of Cordova Greens Second Condominium Association Inc., A Condominium and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. 3937, Page 305, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 12, Pages 71 through 75, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
More commonly known as 1704 Cordova Greens, Largo, FL 33777
This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A., whose address if 550 West Cypress Creek Road, Suite 550, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, which is December 5, 2011, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
