NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 04, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-018535, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N. A. AS TRUSTEE FOR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2004-HE3 is Plaintiff and EDWARD M. BAGENSKI; CAROLINE BAGENSKI; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SAND CANYON CORPORATION F/K/A OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION; AMERICAN HOME PROTECTION, LLC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 18 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18 AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 19, BLOCK B, PARADISE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 25, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
