NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 04, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10003966CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR8 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MAY 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and STEVEN D. HUME; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVEN D. HUME; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM, INC.; SECURED FUNDING CORPORATION; ONEWEST BANK, FSB, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B.; LES CHATEAUX CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; WEST SHORE VILLAGE MASTER CORPORATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 18th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1160-2B, RUE DES CHATEAUX, LES CHATEAUX, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE(S) 16 THROUGH 34, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5165, PAGE(S) 563 THROUGH 628, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
