Notice of legislation
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given of intent to apply to the 2012 Legislature for passage of an act relating to City of Clearwater, Pinellas County, Temporary Alcohol Permit. Authorizing the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to issue up to a specified number of temporary permits to a nonprofit civic organization to sell alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises at outdoor events in down town area of Clearwater; providing that such events require a special event permit from the City of Clearwater.
