NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-656-CO-42 of the Circuit Court, of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Pine Ridge at Lake Tarpon Village I Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHEN M. LYNCH; STEPHEN M. LYNCH and WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION N/K/A are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of December, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit A-2, Building 120 of PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE I-1, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE VII, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as shown on plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 74, Pages 57 through 61, inclusive, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 75, pages 7 and 8 all in accordance with and subject to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5702, Page 1317, and all amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. the street address of which is: 1281 Pine Ridge Circle E #A2 Tarpon Springs, FL, 34688.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
