NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-002206-CO-42 of the Circuit Court, of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Pine Ridge at Lake Tarpon Village I Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and ELENA ORDONEZ; FREDY ORDONEZ; CELTIC & ASSOC. and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. (“MERS”) are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of December, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit A-1, Building No. 120 of Pine Ridge at lake Tarpon Village I-#I, a Condominium Phase VII, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5702, Page 1317 and as amended by Amendment No. 1 in Official Records Book 5721, Page 1134 and according to Condominium Plat Book 74, pages 57 through 61 inclusive, and according to Condominium Plat book 75, pages 7 and 8 of the Public Records of Pinellas county, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements pertaining thereto. The street address of which is: 1281 Pine Ridge Circle E., #A1, Tarpon Springs, Florida 34688.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
