NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 26, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-001209-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the Certificateholders Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AHL3, Plaintiff and David Patrick are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 12, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6, RIDGE HAVEN SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 90, PAGE 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS AND EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING: COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 6, FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING: THENCE SOUTH 74 DEGREES 45 MINUTES 00 SECONDS WEST 89.20 FEET TO A POINT OF INTERSECTION WITH THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 6, THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 10 MINUTES 49 SECONDS EAST ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 6, 24.81 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 6, THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 06 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 6, 86.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
