NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 26, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-006629-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., Plaintiff and Nijazi Kerimi and Sajde Kerimi, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 12, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK A, BROOKSIDE UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, PAGES 27-28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
