NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 26, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-001591-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein LaSalle Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-OPT1, Plaintiff and Anton O. Talley are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 12, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK āCā, COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 43 AND 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
