That certain Declaration Parcel consisting of Unit 211, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of Tierra I, a Condominium, recorded in O.R. book 5067, Page 9, and any amendments thereto, and according to Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 44, Pages 43 through 47, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. the street address of which is: 719 Pinellas Bayway #211 Tierra Verde, FL 33715.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: ASTRID GUARDADO, ESQUIRE Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is: Becker & Poliakoff, PA 311 Park Place Blvd., Suite 250 Clearwater, Florida 33759 on or before December 5, 2011, and to file the original of the defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If a Defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
