Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Case No. 11000924CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P. , a Delaware limited partnership, is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are CLAY AVE. REALTY CORP., a New York corporation; JOSEPH W. SCHMIDT, JR.; COCONUT GROVE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation; COCONUT GROVE REALTY DEVELOPMENT, L.C., a Florida limited liability company; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; AMERICAN TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.; ANY PARTIES IN POSSESSION OF UNIT 1 NOT SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIED, INCLUDING ANY UNKNOWN TENANTS; and ANY PARTIES IN POSSESSION OF UNIT 2 NOT SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIED, INCLUDING ANY UNKNOWN TENANTS, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on December 9, 2011 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
A parcel of land lying in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 35, Township 27 South, Range 15 East, being Lot 4 of proposed Coconut Grove Executive Park, Pinellas County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 35, Township 27 South, Range 15 East; thence N 01°12'48” W, 661.04 feet to the North line of the South 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 35; thence S 89°32'28” E, along said line 937.16 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 4 of proposed Coconut Grove Executive Park and the Point of Beginning; thence N 01°10'58” W, 122.84 feet; thence N 78°23'39” E, 103.84 feet to the West line of Lots 18 and 19, Crystal Beach Estates, Unit II, as recorded in Plat Book 100, Page 51, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, thence S 01°10'58” W, along said line 149.83 feet; thence N 89°32'28” W, 101.04 feet to the Point of Beginning.
