NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-003919 CI 13 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and Michael J. Lahey; Meredith L. Lahey; Bella Vista On Lake Seminole Condominium Association, Inc; Lakeside Crossing Condominium Association, Inc; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; Madeira Beach Electric, Inc.; and John Doe NKA Matt Coulson, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on January 25, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO-A-102, BELLA VISTA ON LAKE SEMINOLE, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14516, PAGE 465, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTERESTS IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
