NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Foreclosure Judgment on Counts XX Through XXX of Verified Complaint” (the “Judgment'), entered in the above-styled action in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Pinellas County will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, as described below, to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on November 30, 2011, starting at 10:00 a.m.

A portion of Tract A, GARDEN TERRACE SUBDIVISION, SECTION ONE, as shown on the plat recorded in Plat Book 7, page 23, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, being further described as follows: Commence at the Southwest corner of said Tract A, GARDEN TERRACE SUBDIVISION, SECTION ONE for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence along the Easterly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 19 (Section 14030-2503) as shown on said Plat of GARDEN TERRACE SUBDIVISION, SECTION ONE, North 00° 29' 00” East, 140.00 feet; thence along the North line of said Tract A, South 89° 50' 20” East, 300.00 feet; thence South 00° 29' 00” West, 140.00 feet; thence along the South line of said Tract A, North 89° 50' 20” West, 300.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
