Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:

Commence at the NW corner of the SW 1/4 of said Section 3; thence run along the West line of said SW 1/4, S.0º26'10”W. 2158.21 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence run 239.44 feet along the arc of a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 2575.0 feet and a chord of 239.36 feet which bears S.86º50'07”E.; thence S.6º49'43”W, 25.0 feet; thence S.0º33'58”W, 220.91 feet; thence N.89º26'02”W, 235.57 feet; thence N.0º26'10”E, 260.79 feet to the Point of Beginning. The West 25.0 feet thereof and the Northerly 25.0 feet thereof being reserved as road right-of-way for ingress and egress.
