NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 12th day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-000059ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY,AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ACCREDITED MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-4 ASSET BACKED NOTES is the Plaintiff and TABETHA IONNO; TIMOTHY IONNO; WILLIAM CHAVIS, JR.; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; GRAND OAKS ASSOCIATION, INC.; GRAND OAKS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR HOME FUNDS DIRECT; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 21st day of November, 2011, at 11:00 AM on Pasco Countys Public Auction website: AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM PURSUANT TO JUDGMENT OR ORDER OF THE COURT AND CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES. in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

That part of Tract L, GRAND OAKS PHASE 2, UNITS 1 AND 2, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 40, at Page(s) 1 through 6, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida described as follows:
Begin at the Northeast corner of said Lot 23; thence run the following four courses: S 89º41'17” W along the North Boundary of said Lot 23, a distance of 54.86 feet; thence N 00º18'43” W along the Northerly extenstion of the West Boundary of said Lot 23, a distance of 10.00 feet; thence N 89º41'17” E, along the North Boundary of said Tract L, a distance of 54.86 feet; thence S 00º18'43” E, a distance of 10.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
