NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-009671ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK FSB is the Plaintiff and ELIAS SOTO, UKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELIAS SOTO and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 22nd day of November, 2011, at 11:00 AM on Pasco Countys Public Auction website: AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM PURSUANT TO JUDGMENT OR ORDER OF THE COURT AND CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES. in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 110 FEET OF THE SOUTH 225.00 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF TRACT 124, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS IN SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THE SOUTH 25300 FEET OF SAID PARCEL FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
