NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 26, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2005-CA-003345- ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE, INC. F/K/A NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE CO., is the Plaintiff and George W. Burton and Sharon A. Burton, are the Defendants. Paula S. O'neil will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., on December 1, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF TRACT 102, IN SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY OVER AND ACROSS THE EAST 15 FEET THEREOF FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS. TOGETHER WITH 2004 MERIT DOUBLE WIDE HOME BEARING ID # FLHML3NA AND FLHML3NB.
