BOOK 14598, PAGE 1016, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 201/202, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 at 2:00 PM, on 21st day of November, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
