NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered October 20, 2011 in Case No. 29-2008-CA-017790 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff, and, SPENCER, JOSHUA ,A, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, 2ND FLOOR GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, LOCATED AT THE 800 E. TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33602, at the hour of 2:00 PM, on the 1st day of December, 2011, the following described property:
The West 62.48 feet of Lot 17 and the East 5.52 feet of Lot 18, Block 6, GANDY GARDENS 2, according to the map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 32 Page 4 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
