CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 96 , OF THE GALLERY AT BAYPORT CONDOMINIUMS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15890, PAGE 761, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS APPURTENANT UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE CONDOMINIUM, AND TOGETHER WITH ALL EASEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 5662 BAYWATER DR, TAMPA, FL 33615-3501; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on November 29, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
