BENNETT; QUAIL'S RUN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF ENGLEWOOD, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 16th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 12103, QUAILS RUN CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1133, PAGE 1518, AND BY VIRTUE OF MERGER IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2003, PAGE 2703 AND ALL SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGES 24 AND 24A AND ALL SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
