NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 10, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-010720 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE FSB n/k/a WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and LYNN HAYNES; STEPHEN R. HAYNES; and PELICAN POINTE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 o'clock A.M. on November 15, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 265, PELICAN POINTE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, Unit 4, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 16, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
