Frechette, Sr. and Sandra P. Frechette, His Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 9:00 A.M. on November 14, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 45 AND 46, BLOCK 40, WARM MINERAL SPRINGS, AS PER REPLAT OF UNITS 83 AND 87, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 82, 82A THROUGH 83F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
