NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 12th day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-11521, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING is the Plaintiff and HARLEY C. WILLIAMSON A/K/A HARLEY WILLIAMSON A/K/A CURTIS WILLIAMSON; WACHOVIA BANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HARLY C. WILLIAMSON A/K/A HARLEY WILLIAMSON A/K/A CURTIS WILLIAMSON; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 16th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 11071 A;ND 11072, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NUMBER 42, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
