NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 16 day of November, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Sarasota County, Florida:
Unit 40, WEDGEWOOD LAKE, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1486, Page 373 thru 407, inclusive, as amended and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 18, Pages 9, 9-A and 9-B, as amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
