Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered, in Case No. 11-CA-00636, in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, in which TIB BANK is the Plaintiff and POLISENA ENTERPRISE, INC., a Florida corporation, LARRY COAPMAN, an individual, and ROSEANN COAPMAN, an individual, and all other unknown parties claiming by, through or under named defendants, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder, at the atrium on the first floors of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on November 21, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time the following-described property set forth in Exhibit 1 attached hereto, and said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure.

The NE 1/4 of the North 658.60 feet of the South 2005.80 feet of the E 1/2 of the E 1/2 of the W 1/2 of the NW 1/4, of Section 36, Township 49 South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida, LESS AND EXCEPT road right-of-way along the northerly boundary.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
