NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 29, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-006990 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON ARMT 2004-4 is the Plaintiff and CYNTHIA SMITH CRYTZER; WILLIAM S. CRYTZER; NATIONAL CITY BANK; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 28th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 20, BLOCK 237, GOLDEN GATE UNIT NO. 7 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT FILED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 135 THROUGH 146 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
