NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-010717, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and REXFORD G. DARROW II, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., THE SANCTUARY AT BLUE HERON ASSOCIATION, INC., SHANNON RAE DARROW and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 28 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 8001, THE SENCTUARY AT BLUE HERON, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3150, PAGES 2582 THROUGH 2671, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
