Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida; I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
Lot 29, Block 1, CONNORS VANDERBILT BEACH ESTATES, UNIT 2, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 17, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
and commonly known as: 435 Oak Ave., Naples, FL 34108, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, on November 21, 2011, at 11:00 A.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
