Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 20, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-0105-CA of the County/Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 21 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 104, Building 6, Lake Barrington 4C, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3128, Page 2614, of the Official Records of Collier County, Florida, subject to the rules and regulations of the Declaration of Condominium recorded in the Official Records Book 3128, Page 2614, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida (“Property”)
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
