UNIT NO. 34-201, IN BUILDING NO. 2734, OF LAGUNA BAY CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4034, PAGE 2081, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS AMENDED.
and commonly known as: 2734 FOUNTAIN VIEW CIRCLE #201, NAPLES, FL 34109; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on November 28, 2011 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
